What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.

Essential cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate our products. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and bot abuse. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. They are set only in response to actions you take, such as logging in.

Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience — such as your preferred theme (dark or light mode). They are not used for tracking or advertising. You can disable functional cookies through your browser settings, though some preferences may not be remembered.

Analytics
Where we use analytics, we use privacy-preserving tools that do not track individuals across websites, do not set third-party cookies, and do not share data with advertising networks. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymised before storage. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising-network-linked analytics platform.

Advertising & marketing cookies
Muqira does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any technology that builds an advertising profile, and we do not participate in cross-site retargeting today. Our cookie preference centre includes a "Marketing" category, kept off by default, reserved for possible future use (for example, measuring the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns). No marketing cookie is set unless you explicitly opt in via that toggle, and none is active as of this policy's last update above. If that changes, we will update this section and the cookie table below to name the specific cookies involved before any are set.

Third-party cookies
Some third-party services integrated into our products may set their own cookies. These are limited to: • Cloudflare (security and performance — essential) • Razorpay (payment processing — essential, only on checkout pages) We have no control over these third-party cookies. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings: • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent our products from working correctly. For non-essential cookies, you can also use the cookie preference centre available on each Muqira product. Opting out of cookies does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before you opted out.
